Any Advertisement including Lineage Advertisements, Display Advertisements, and Logo Buttons, Banners, Sponsorship and/or any page of Client advertising together with any other form of Advertisement as shall appear on the website from time to time
Advertising Agency
A Client who is receiving the Service on behalf of an End Client or is directly or indirectly providing the Service to an End Client
Applicant
Any person who applies to receive the mailshot service for a job vacancy by signing up on Pimpmyjob.eu
Client
Any person using and purchasing the mailshot service by email where a person includes but is not limited to, Direct Employers, Recruitment Agencies, Recruitment Process Outsourcing Agencies and Advertising Agencies. In the circumstance of any Recruitment, Recruitment Process Outsourcing or Advertising Agency acting on behalf of one of their own End Clients, Pimpmyjob.eu will charge the Agency and not the Agency's End Client.
End Client
The person to whom the Client's Services are provided.

The mailshot service by email which Pimpmyjob.eu has agreed to provide to the Client
Site
The website at www.pimpmyjob.eu or any other website on which any Advertisement appears or via which any Service is offered, and any other websites owned or controlled by 4Sight Consultants
The information on this web site is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Company:
- Excludes all representations and warranties relating to this website and its contents or which is or may be provided by any affiliates or any other third party, including in relation to any inaccuracies or omissions in this website and/or the Company’s literature; and
- Excludes all liability for damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this website. This includes, without limitation, direct loss, loss of business or profits (whether or not the loss of such profits was foreseeable, arose in the normal course of things or you have advised this Company of the possibility of such potential loss), damage caused to your computer, computer software, systems and programs and the data thereon or any other direct or indirect, consequential and incidental damages. This Company does not however exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence. The above exclusions and limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law. None of your statutory rights as a consumer are affected.
3.1 Pimpmyjob.eu relies on information provided to it by Clients and via third parties that are not affiliated to Pimpmyjob.eu and accordingly it is a matter for the Applicant to satisfy itself as to the suitability of any Client using the Service on the Site or of any Advertisement found directly or indirectly through the website. Pimpmyjob.eu cannot guarantee that any applications for vacancies will be successful
3.2 When signing up to receive jobs by email as an Applicant Pimpmyjob.eu will forward you with one mailshot per job vacancy on behalf of our Client/s. We collect your name, email address, age, mobile number and job searching preferences. This information will be used by Pimpmyjob.eu only to send you the mailshot/s you have subscribed for.
3.3 Any registration details you use must be personal to you and must not be used by anyone else. We accept no liability for any unauthorised or improper use or disclosure of any password.
3.4 We do not guarantee that our Service will be compatible with your email provider.
3.5 All mailshots transmitted via Pimpmyjob.eu by e-mail and subsequently received by any Applicant are confidential. If you are not the intended recipient you should not copy or disclose any message to anyone but should kindly notify the sender and delete the message.
3.6 Pimpmyjob.eu reserves the right to sub-contract the necessary vetting of the Curriculum Vitae provided by the Applicant to third parties and the Applicant grants the right to Pimpmyjob.eu to pass on the said Curriculum Vitae and any other necessary information relative to the Applicant to a sub-contractor for such purpose and in this respect the Applicant exonerates Pimpmyjob.eu from any responsibility in relation to any use made of such information by its sub-contractors.
The Client hereby undertakes and warrants to Pimpmyjob.eu:
4.1 To comply with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 2001 or relevant legislation with regard to any Applicant information received by it and in particular to keep such information confidential;
4.2 To contact any Applicant with the sole reason of providing bona fide recruitment;
4.3 that any information supplied by the Client in connection with the provision of the Service is accurate, complete and true;
4.4 To indemnify Pimpmyjob.eu against all claims made by the third parties in respect of the misuse of the data supplied to the Client;
4.5 To obtain from the Applicant, as much information about the Applicant's qualifications and experience, as is necessary for determining whether the Applicant is suitable for employment, and shall ascertain that the Applicant has such qualifications as are required by law;
4.6 That the Applicant is fully aware of any conditions imposed by law, which must be satisfied by the Applicant and that any employment resulting therefrom shall be legal.
Pimpmyjob.eu will not be liable (whether in contract or tort) or held responsible whatsoever for:
5.1 Any failure to provide the Service, or unavailability of the Site, as a result of circumstances beyond its reasonable control;
5.2 Any mistakes or errors whatsoever that arise during the course of use of the Service or any loss of information or data or any damage thereto in each case as a result of circumstances beyond its reasonable control or which arise as a result of the acts or omissions of the Applicant or the Client;
5.3 Any failure to secure employment or consequential loss (whether caused by the negligence of Pimpmyjob.eu, its employees or agents);
5.4 Any delay, costs, expense, loss, damage or liability (including without limitation as a result of any hardware failure, provision or use of software, virus, deletion, corruption, loss or removal of data) howsoever caused arising from any matter beyond the reasonable control of Pimpmyjob.eu or as a result of the acts or omissions of the Applicant or the Client;
5.5 Any loss or damage whatsoever howsoever caused arising out of the negligence, dishonesty, misconduct, breach of faith, incompetence, or the wrongful disclosure of confidential information by, any Applicant or Client. It is for the Applicant to satisfy itself as to the integrity and reliability of all vacancies received by email through the Site;
5.6 The suitability of Applicants who respond to Advertisements or the Service. Pimpmyjob.eu does not verify or guarantee any Applicant's details forwarded to the Client via Pimpmyjob.eu or otherwise.
6.1 The Client agrees to provide Pimpmyjob.eu, in such a format as we may request, any information, design work, artwork and logos necessary to enable us to provide those Services.
6.2 Pimpmyjob.eu shall not be obliged to provide those Services until the Client has supplied it with the information, design work, artwork and logos necessary. Such information shall be supplied within 2 days of the date of the signed Service Agreement, or such later date as agreed by Pimpmyjob.eu.
6.3 Mailshots and Advertisements will be posted through the Site only when the Client has approved the design work, set-up, artwork and logos. If a Client has been authorised to approve any design work, artwork or logos on behalf of the End Client, then the Client must provide proof of this in writing.
6.4 The Client may remove an Advertisement from the Site before the Advertisement has reached its expiry date, but shall not be entitled to a refund for the time not used.
6.5 Pimpmyjob.eu reserves the absolute right, to decline, cancel or remove any Advertisement for any reason and at any time without prior notice.
6.6 Pimpmyjob.eu will endeavour to publish the Advertisement or provide the Service on the agreed date. Pimpmyjob.eu does not accept liability for any consequences, howsoever arising, due to error or delay in provision of the Services and has the right at its sole discretion to decline to publish or omit, suspend or change the position of any Advertisement accepted by it.
6.7 Pimpmyjob.eu may at its discretion and without prior notice, report any Advertisement or Service used, which in its reasonable opinion is being used for an improper or illegal purpose by a Client, to the relevant authorities.
6.8 Pimpmyjob.eu shall be entitled at any time to make changes to the Service, which are necessary to comply with any applicable security or other statutory requirements and shall determine the manner in which the Service is provided.
Job credits can be bought online via the website and can be paid for with a credit card. If you would prefer to pay by cheque or bank transfer please contact us.
Job credits are added to your account immediately and are not cancellable.
The Mailshot service shall:
9.1 Be created in an agreed form between Client and Pimpmyjob.eu
9.2 Only be sent to Applicants subscribed to the Service on a scheduled date and time agreed between Pimpmyjob.eu and the Client, subject to service and calendar availability.
10. The Client accepts that Pimpmyjob.eu cannot guarantee the number of recipients or the responses to the mailshot or any advertisement and that no obligations are imposed on us in this regard.
11. Pimpmyjob.eu takes no part and is not to be held responsible or liable whatsoever in any further communications undertaken between the Client and the Applicant subsequent to the job vacancy mailshot.
12. Pimpmyjob.eu may keep information about a Client only to provide the Service and for internal record keeping. This information will not be distributed to a third party other than those concerned with providing the Service. Suitable electronic and security procedures have been placed to safeguard information.
We do not monitor or review the content of other party’s websites which are linked to from this website. Opinions expressed or material appearing on such websites are not necessarily shared or endorsed by us and should not be regarded as the publisher of such opinions or material. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices, or content, of these sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site & to read the privacy statements of these sites.
